Drawing on decades of experience at companies like Douglas Laing, Tullibardine, and Loch Lomond, the trio set out to create limited-edition whiskies that highlight individuality, natural character, and craftsmanship — all bottled without chill filtration or added color.
Taste
This 35-year-old single grain from the silent Port Dundas Distillery is reminiscent of a stroll
through 1990’s Glasgow on a warm afternoon. The scent of rich butterscotch and delicate
vanilla drifts from a corner bakery, where custard tarts and coconut macaroons fill the
window. Passing an old cinema, you catch the buttery scent of popcorn spilling onto the
street. Each sip reveals creme brulee and ripe apricot. An inviting, nostalgic dram that's an
ode to Glasgow’s hidden layers and enduring spirit.
