Living Souls is a Glasgow-based independent Scotch whisky bottler founded in 2024 by industry veterans John Torrance, Jamie Williamson, and Calum Leslie. Drawing on decades of experience at companies like Douglas Laing, Tullibardine, and Loch Lomond, the trio set out to create limited-edition whiskies that highlight individuality, natural character, and craftsmanship — all bottled without chill filtration or added color.
Taste
This 11-year-old Tullibardine, matured in French red wine casks, transports you to a
quaint French town at dusk, where narrow streets glow softly and the air carries notes of
ripe fruit and warm spice. The nose opens with cola cubes, dark cherry and brown sugar.
The palate brings dried strawberries, toffee and maple syrup. Full bodied and rich, the
finish is warming and captures the deeper notes often imbued by red wine casks.
