Description
Living Souls is a Glasgow-based independent Scotch whisky bottler founded in 2024 by industry veterans John Torrance, Jamie Williamson, and Calum Leslie. Drawing on decades of experience at companies like Douglas Laing, Tullibardine, and Loch Lomond, the trio set out to create limited-edition whiskies that highlight individuality, natural character, and craftsmanship — all bottled without chill filtration or added color.
Taste
This is Batch # 2 of our exceptional 7-year-old Bowmore Islay single malt, matured in 2nd
fill bourbon barrels. It transports you to Islay's rugged coastline at dusk, where Atlantic
sea spray hangs in the air and peat smoke drifts across the dunes. The palate brings bright
citrus, vanilla pods and dried driftwood, layered with hints of salted caramel and honey. A
wisp of bonfire smoke carries through the finish, capturing a different side of the island in
every sip.
