Dry Fly Distilling Cask Strength Wheat Whiskey

Dry Fly Distilling began with Don Poffenroth while fishing with a friend in the Pacific Northwest. They were discussing how fortunate they were to live and work in such a beautiful area. They decided to merge their joy of craft spirits and the natural beauty and purity around them in the Northwest and Dry Fly Distilling was born. Founded in 2007 in Spokane, Washington, all the grain used is sourced from family farms located within 30 miles of the distillery.
