Dalgety is an independent bottling line named after the location of the Hannah Whisky Merchants. Gregor Hannah, the founder of Hannah Whisky Merchants is also behind Lady of the Glen Independent Bottlings and St. Bridget’s Kirk Blended Malt Scotch. Since 2012, the warehousing and blending for all of the brands is located in Dalgety Bay Scotland in Fife.

Brand Tasting Notes: Red berry compote, spiced biscuits, cloves, cinnamon, Turkish delight, and black forest gateau.
Holly’s Tasting Notes: Hot cocoa with marshmallows, raspberry pie, cotton candy, red berry pie spice, dark chocolate, blackberries, earthy-like flat root beer. The palate has some tar, dehydrated blueberries, and more of that sweet earth.
